How are you doing with your moves?  Have you found a new home, new work opportunity, the courage to have that important discussion with a loved one?  Are you gathering resources, talking with people about your intentions, taking time to be with yourself and listen inside?   It's a process and there are a lot of people taking on similar challenges right now.  Just think, the planet rotates every day changing constantly.  We're never alone!

SERVICES

The coach...just what is a Life Coach?  Traditionally we associate the term 'coach' with a sports endeavor. This person is instrumental in organizing our practices and helping us hone our skills.  We are motivated by this person and trust their guidance and affirmation when we do a good job.  This person never seems to tire or be at a loss for ideas and advice about how we can improve our 'game' and is paying attention to the finest detail in our performance. The coach advocates for our greatest potential to come forward and manifest itself, both as individuals and in our interpersonal relations with our team members as well. They know when to push us even harder and when to let us rest.

The Life Coach is basically the same in every way.  The endeavor is a particular event or area of our life where we are ready to move forward, to win.  Everybody wins with a Life Coach.

Are you needing to make a change in your professional life, but haven't been able to make the time for it, or even know where to start?  A coach will provide for you an opportunity to develop and activate a sound strategy that acknowledges your current obligations while creating the necessary flexibility to begin implementing a new system.

Are you trying to make a big move, or have been thinking and talking about it for some time and still haven't moved?  A coach assists you in identifying the steps involved and bolsters your confidence to take action, one step at a time.

As a Life Coach I bring the wealth of all my life experiences, my genuine unshakable faith in human potential as agents of beauty on this planet, and an ardent devotion to your success.

I offer complimentary consultations for all my services. For more information send me an email solutions@whatarelief.net or give me a ring (see below).

TIPS

Stretching tall we rise from our beach towels and make the journey home with a clearer sense of what is important to us, and what we want to create in our lives.  It's so possible lying on the beach.  All the pieces are readily available in the magic of our vision but somehow going back to our lives in motion we begin to question.  What we need now is a solid foundation to build on.

How about making a list of the things we are grateful for in our lives first.  Next, make a list of things we have accomplished that required a great deal of effort and we made it!  At last, create a rough draft outlining our current aspiration. The stones of gratitude and self respect in our foundation are solid.  They are made up of our experiences that are kept safe in our cores, hearts--the most intimate places only we know and visit.  Once we place these stones in the foundation only we can move them.  From there I believe we can build anything that is meant to be built.

Creative Writing

A place full of things, too many to fit,
My life would be better, if I'd unclutter a bit.
Too much to keep track of, and too little space,
Each one takes up time, and they all seem a waste.

Keep smiling!
